We all know that japan is popular because of it’s beautiful yet testy food and is known all over the world for it’s most delicious sushi or sashimi. This time Burger Kind of japan thought that the traditional brown burger is getting boring and so wanted to give it a little make over and created a black burger. Black burgers are colored with the ink extracted by Squid known as squid ink and the charcoal of bamboo.

The Kuro Pearl and Kuro Diamond burgers are well known because of their unique appearance as completely black bun, black sauce and black cheese.

The Bun of the burger is Colored with Bamboo charcoal (Black Bun)

Cheese is also colored with bamboo charcoal but the blackĀ sauceĀ is made with Squid Ink.
